Appearance: Hiroshi has medium length typical Aokin light blue hair styled with small spikes all around but longer in the front with larger spikes that barely covers his left eye. He has black bored eyes, always looking lazy or tired. He stands at 6'5" with a fairly skinny frame being unusually tall for his age. He wears a long dark blue jacket that splits in half down his back forming in upside-down V between his legs below his brown leather belt which is styled with golden square medals all around it. He wears wrappings underneath his jacket which are visible due to the v-neck of his jacket. He wears the Aokin emblem on the back of his jacket. Wears his ninja headband normally across his forehead. Wears pants and shoes identical to the Akatsuki's design except with black colored pants. Rather dull look on his face constantly but is also charming.
Personality: Hiroshi on the surface is a lazy kid but has a strong and serious work ethic when determined. Tends to be cynical and bit of a joker, usually cracking jokes at inappropriate times. Despite his usual laziness when engaged in a situation more intense or serious than everyday life is on his toes and looks out for his comrades. Hiroshi's goals are to someday become the head of the Aokin clan and to earn the respect of his family elders, also to be an all around great ninja that is respected by his village, not necessarily to become Hokage but just for everyone to know he can be relied on.
History: Hiroshi (From Japanese 寛 "tolerant, generous" or 浩 "prosperous".) Aokin (青金 literally meaning "blue gold" in Japanese) was an outcast of the Aokin clan at a young age. Living in the shadow of an older brother and sister who are exceptional Aokin Leaf Chunin, he thought that at a young age (5 or 6) he would become a world traveler instead of ninja due to an annoyance of the praise of his siblings. His ideals were shifted after the murder of his father at age 9 and then he vowed to become a strong ninja who could protect his clan and loved ones no matter what. He would intensely train for his early pre-teen years to become above average of strength and intelligence for his age group, including the necessary Aokin training all Aokin children do before entry into the Ninja Academy. - Jutsu wrote:

Description: Hiroshi says "Futon: Gale Palm" when used. A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Description: Hiroshi says his own version "Futon: Great Gust" when used. This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. Hiroshi's is has a good amount of stopping power but has a limited radius of a 2 meter diameter so is fairly effective when isn't avoided.

Description: Hiroshi can manipulate wind behind enemies to pull them forward about a meter within a 3 meter radius and then suddenly push them back 5 meters at most. This jutsu requires three handseals, the intention of it is a quick, unexpected obstacle for enemies to enable the user to get an easy hit on the opponent to knock them back. But due to the weakness of the jutsu it wouldn't work on any ninja at Jonin or higher, has a 50% chance to work on a Chunin, almost always works on Genin.

Description: Hiroshi hasn't quite achieved his Taikoku, despite having an early awakening at 13, he's only ever had it under control once and not for very long. When Hiroshi achieves Taikoku state it's at random mostly, usually happening when he is cornered or very stressed in a serious situation and lasts only 2 threads as a Genin.
