Name: Kuro Oni (黒鬼) Meaning the Black Demon

Type: Staff with a metal blade

Abilities: This blade is very special. Inherited by Ryuu's father he got the weapon when he became genin. From being cut from the weapon if it touches your blood it will have a temporary marking on the wooden part stating your releases and your clan. Ryuu uses the staff with his Byakugan to insure a hit.

Appearance: Ryuu's Kuro Oni Img-thing?

History: Ryuu received the staff from his father at the genin rank. After many years of training his father decided it was time to get him a weapon. He gave him his own Kuro Oni he used it when he was Chuunin/Jounin but he wanted Ryuu to master it so that Ryuu will be better.

So we don't allow extra stores of chakra because it seems like a common element among clan creation etc. So if you remove the ability for it to have chakra stores I can get to approving it. As for the clan and the releases, I don't have a problem with that as long as the releases are basic elements.
