This ability can also single out unique chakra signatures that belong to individual shinobi, which allows them to tell apart clones from the real user.

Description: Sakyo springs forth a thick mist to blanket the area of a fight. The mist cannot be escaped by any ordinary means, and both the user and his opponents are effectively blinded until the mist dissipates for 3 turns. This technique successfully hides the user and they cannot be tracked by means such as Sharingan because the mist is the same chakra color as the user. It should also be noted that both the user and opponent cannot find each other in this jutsu unless using tracking abilities like Byakugan, Inuzuka Enhanced Smell, Sensory Abilities, etc.
Sakyo can move quietly and freely in the mist, tracking his opponents with ease when combined with his sensory skill.

I figured that if certain sensors in the anime/manga were able to detect up to 1000 chakra signatures and pick out a specific one, then by the time this ability ever hits S rank, I'd be able to pick out 400 signatures 800 yards away.

Change it to where it is a conscious decision to scan the area rather than unconscious.

For a D rank technique I would change this to where an opponent can break through it with a considerable amount of strength OR a genin is trapped in this seal for one post.
