[War Event] Outer Village

Shiko slowed his shadows but not retracting them. He would give Kauze his wish, but would not back out just in case he needs a hand. Shiko watches intensely. He is not sure if it is more to make sure Kauze is safe or if he gets an opening to send a lethal attack in.

He is worried of his thoughts but keeps focused on the battle at hand.

Daisuke came to an abrupt halt. He was confused and relieved at Kauzu's request. He sat on the ground, taking a breather. If things went south perhaps he would have recovered enough strength to use the Mind Control Technique again. He looked behind him a gave Shiko a 'what the hell?' look. Hopefully the Kumo shinobi knew what he was doing.

Quick wasn't the word for how fast the Cloud Shinobi was advancing on his enemies location. Finally victory was within reach, though a foe remained, but for now defeating this lone shinobi meant momentary victory. His speed already enhanced twice, one from removing his weighted training gear and another from his Devil's Dance technique, a third and final speed enhancement would hopefully lock in victory, though it would nearly deplete his chakra reserves. Flames rocketing outwards from Kauzu's back, propelled him even faster, probably making him but a blur as he would close in to deliver a bone shattering strike. "Iron Body!" Coating the front of his body in chakra to not only prevent recoil damage, but to increase his own damaging capabilities, his durability was likened to iron.
A fist to the face was the aim and if it connected without a doubt the target would find his face's skeletal structure shattered and his own body sent meters away. Bits of bone lodged into his vital operating organ -the brain- if he didn't die on impact, he'd succumb to death moments after. Kauzu would stop at the site of impact and be left winded form such exertion, not only on his body, but also on his chakra pool. A grand display, but with a great toll.

Kauzu's strike hit the Genin directly. He toppled over and rolled a good twenty feet before coming to a stop. Daisuke and Shiko looked on to see the Genin's lifeless body crumpled over. Mari watches on in horror as her team is annihilated in front of her. She wasn't ready to lead, nor was her team ready to infiltrate enemy territory. She turns and disappears among the flames and smoke.

"Good job guys, it looks clear, lets head back and report what happened." Shiko proceeded to head back.

Ooc-I am assuming its over. If not just ignore my action of leaving.

"Sounds good... I could use some... something." He was exhausted and torn up inside. The war had brought out some nasty emotions, and the scene before him was enough to haunt him for an eternity. "Oi, Kauzu... we should get back... this place is gone."
