Aiding a Village - C Rank Mission [Krysto]

Location: north of Konoha
Description: A small team has been sent out to assist in a village’s defenses, training those who are interested, building walls, and some other things. It's just civilians that you're working with, so just focus on some basics that will let them stay safe until stronger help arrives.
Goal: Train some of the villagers and help build some village defenses.

Daisuke woke up with his alarm, threw on his clothes, and headed out to the village gates. He would meet with his teammate Krysto and then together they would walk to Training Grounds number four where a handful of villagers would be awaiting training. The group of villagers were all volunteer and it was up to Krysto and Daisuke to train them up a bit to help with Konoha's defenses.

Krysto woke up and took a warm shower. He got out and began dressing in his regular black attire. He made sure his kunai/shuriken pouch was fully stocked. He said goodbye to his parents and made his way to meet daisuke at the training grounds. As he walked in, he was surprised to see the amount kf people that showed up.

"Hey daisuke!"

He said with a smile and a wave.

"Hey Krysto!" The people began to murmur at the sight of the two Genin, they were obviously eager to get to work. The training grounds had been supplied with an ample amount of weapons and defensive items for Krysto and Daisuke to demonstrate with. "Why don't use show all the volunteers that want to work Gate duty how to use spears and halberds, and I'll show people that want to work walls and forest posts how to use Crossbows?"

Krysto nods in agreement with daisuke. he walks over to the spears and picks up one. The crowd ready to lear about gate duty followed behind him.

"Good Morning everyone, i am Krysto. I will be demonstrating how to properly use a spear and halberd. they each have their pros and cons which we will be covering."

Krysto then skillfully displayed proper use of the spear. Covering both short range and long range attacks, and how to block with a spear. The crowd stood in awe as the genin seemed focused on his display of skill.

Daisuke brought the other group of volunteers to the shooting range a few meters away from Krysto's display. Here he taught them how to properly handle crossbows, how to load bolts, and how to fire. After a few unsuccessful attempts by the volunteers, they finally started to hit the targets. Nothing dead center, but it was a start. Daisuke would walk up and down the line and help people adjust their various and different forms until people had the proper technique. "Good. Now let's demonstrate proper Kunai and Shuriken use. Krysto, if you wouldn't mind, would you show them Kunai use? I will demonstrate shuriken."

As daisuke taught his crowd how to handle a crossbow, his men were attacking a dummy with the spear. 3 at a time lined up and attempted to imitate Krysto's attacks. Krysto watched them closely, and adjusted those that had poor stance, or poor thrusting motion hoping to instill the knowledge into them.

"Got it cheif."

Krysto withdrew a kunai from the pouch around his thigh. He twirled it around in his hand as if it were nothing.

"Kunai, sharp, light, fast, and throwable. Kunais are great for close and medium range combat. You can carry quite a few in your pouch. These will be great for distractions as you can attack different tags to them. Smoke, and exploding tags are usually the most common. This is an exploding tag."

He pulled out a small tag and wrapped it around the handle of the kunai before launching it into a tree. seconds later there was a small explosion and the crowd gasped.

"they go kaboom."

He chuckled and again, he began to demonstrated the different attacks and blocks one is able to do with a kunai. he displayed the proper stance for throwing them and how to attach tags correctly.

While Krysto worked his magic, Daisuke went through the various uses and throws of shuriken. Most of the villagers were pretty inept, throwing shuriken everywhere. A few times Daisuke had to step in to prevent people from hitting one another. By the end of another hour's seesion the villagers had managed to keep the shuriken in the air, and more importantly away from each other.

"Alright, now we want to work on grappling and hand to hand combat in case you are in a situation you need help. Everyone stand in two lines. Krysto will show people how to grapple, and I will show people how to correctly punch."

Krysto asked for a volunteer, and then began explaining to the crowd the proper grappling techniques. Where to place their hands, how to set their body, and the prime postitions for a good takedown. He showed them a few methods to escaping different submissions, and how to use their limbs to block attacks.

"now pair up and grapple. remember, these men are you allies so dont go full force."

Daisuke shows people how to strike properly. He demonstrates how to hit bare-knuckle with injuring one's self as well as how dodge punches. There are a few dummy bags on the training grounds that he has people hit on for a few. After a good half hour he calls everyone together for a lunch break provided by some of the local restaurants. "Well Krysto, it's a start. After lunch we will explain them how to interrogate a questionable individual." Lunch ended an hour after it started, putting the day well past noon. Daisuke gathered everyone around. "Krysto is going to demonstrate how to interrogate someone who is being shady and explain the tells that will let you identify this person as a possible threat or not."

Krysto clears his throat and scratches the back of his head.

"Err.. Unfortunately Interrogation isn't my forte. Maybe, you of the Yamanaka clan have some better knowledge of such techniques."

OOC: Just edit your post telling Daisuke you have no idea!

"Oi, sorry Krysto. I'll take this one. Alright everyone, if you see someone that looks shady, it's perfectly okay to ask them what business they have. If they are shifty, uneasy, or they react to the question dangerously, it's perfectly fine to alert Konoha Ninja of this person. A few ways people tell..." Daisuke continues blabbing about sniffing out people for another half hour or so, before he finally draws breath.

"Alright, now that you all have completed our training, please sign these time sheets saying that we successfully helped you all! Hand them to Krysto or myself, and then you are free to go! We will debrief how everything went afterwords."

Krysto's jaw drops as his arms flail around in the air.

"i- i thought you were gonna show them some mind breaking technique! or some mind controlling jutsu on how to remove info from the enemy"

"Only Yamanaka's get that info." Daisuke sticks a tongue out at Krysto before sorting through papers and signing off time sheets. "Alright, everything looks good. Hokage-sensei should be pretty happy with these results. Let's go get paid. Afterwords we can go get barbecue, I'll pay." Daisuke turns to Krysto, gives him a fist bump, and then starts the trek back to the Administration Building.

OOC: One more post and then i'll tag alexana for approval.

"I think we did a pretty good job. They seem to pick things up after a few first hand attempts."

Krysto walked besides Daisuke. He had his arms behind his neck as the two genin made their way back to the Admin building.

"I'm definitely up for some bbq!, say do you have any hyuuga friends that would just happen to be girls?"

a strange question for sure, but the Kaguya lad had always been fascinated by their beauty.
