The medical corps are asking for a few helping hands around the hospital and greenhouse. No pay involved but it is a good opportunity for new teams to build their bonds.
Objective:  Help the medical nin with whatever tasks they need done, most likely to involve planting new seeds and harvesting those that have fully bloomed and aiding the physicians.

Mianyi has accepted a mission to aid the medical-nin at Suna's Medical Center. It's the perfect task for her, as she is interested in becoming a medical-nin herself some day. However, she's looking forward to lessons with the medical-nin rather than doing their grunt work, but everyone has to start somewhere.

She wakes up early and has a wholesome breakfast with her parents before she goes to the Medical Center. She enters the clinic and meekly approaches the front desk where the receptionist is. "M-mianyi Kamiya, reporting to assist!" she stammers out nervously, thrusting a small piece of paper with the mission assignment on it to help explain her presence.

The receptionist nods smoothly and consults a book before telling the young genin, "Report to Suzue Fujihara in room 203. That's on the second floor."

Mianyi nods and heads off the stairs, finding her way up to the room. "Suzue Fujihara?" she asks the medics there. "I'm Mianyi Kamiya, here to help for the day."

Suzue Fujihara is a kunoichi in her twenties with brown hair. She smiles warmly at the little helper. "Welcome! I'd like you to go room to room with me, cleaning up the rooms while I check on the patients and change their bandages."

Mianyi has no reply but to nod and quietly follow Suzue down the hall as her duties start.

Mianyi makes for a mute assistant while Suzue attends each patient on the floor. In each room Mianyi has to clean up a little, emptying the trash, washing up messes on the floors, and in some cases cleaning bed pans. That task is the absolute worst of all of them, and Mianyi nearly vomits at least five times, and actually does vomit once. She manages to vomit when she is alone and there is no one to witness that spurt of weakness, but judging by the look that Suzue gives her when Mianyi returns pale faced with a clean bedpan, she suspects that she knows what happened.

What is far more pleasant is fetching gauze and bandages and other ointments from the supply cabinets as needed and watching Suzue at work. Suzue works with an efficiency that Mianyi hopes to some day aspire to, and a charming bedside manner that Mianyi cannot hope to ever mimic.

Suzue finishes attending to each patient on her floor a few hours before lunch, so she sends Mianyi to the greenhouses to aid the physicians at work there, reminding Mianyi to report to the cafeteria at lunch to help deliver lunch to the patients.

Mianyi obediently nods in response to this next task and heads down the stairs and along a short path to some greenhouses. Upon entering she bows. "Mianyi Kamiya reporting to assist!" she says quickly, looking around nervously and hoping she made a good impression.

She is quickly pointed in the direction of a planting station, where she is directed to remove seedlings from their starter plot and put them in individual pots so they can grow nice and big. Mianyi finds this work tedious and gets all grubby working in the soils and has to continuously wipe away the sweat that comes from working in a warm and humid greenhouse. She realizes that lunch is coming up soon and so she quickly finishes up the starter plot that she's working on. "I've got to go serve lunch to the patients now!" she says and makes a quick escape from the greenhouse.

Mianyi runs into the kitchens and starts to furiously scrub at her fingers, working to get all the dirt out from under them. Once her hands are clean, she works at cleaning up her face so she does not show up delivering lunches in a filthy state. She puts on an apron over her clothes, hiding the worst of the potting soil smears on her clothes and reports to the kitchen.

Mianyi loads a cart full of trays, some of which are marked specially for certain patients. She then wheels that cart around the hospital, stopping in each occupied patient room to deliver a lunch to the patient in the bed. Some of them have other small requests of her, such as assistance moving a pillow or sitting up, and Mianyi complies with these to make the patients more comfortable as they prepare to eat their lunch.

Once the lunches have been delivered, Mianyi returns the cart to the cafeteria, where she is given a lunch of her own to eat. She eats it quickly, or at least the more edible parts of it, and then repeats her earlier circuit of the hospital rooms to pick up trays and remnants of lunches, cleaning up spilled food as well.

She returns with the used trays to the cafeteria kitchen, where she helps in cleaning those, too. It's not a pleasant task, but certainly better than cleaning bed pans! When she finishes with that, she really could use a break, but she's instead sent back to the greenhouse to aid them there some more.

Mianyi re-enters the greenhouse, wrinkling her nose a bit at the smell of damp humidity and numerous plants with a hint of fertilizer beneath it all. Instead of replanting seedlings, Mianyi is assigned to help harvest some of the pharmacological plants. This she finds far more interesting than before, as she is able to ask questions about their uses in medicine and poison, which aligns with own interests in medical ninjutsu and poisons.

She whiles away the afternoon in the greenhouse, hard at work harvesting various herbs and chatting with one of the young medic-nins. It feels less like drudgery and more like an apprenticeship, but as the evening approaches she has to clean up and head into the hospital to rejoin Suzue for the evening rounds. She says her good-byes to the greenhouse workers before she returns to the main building to wash up.

Mianyi washes up in the main building of the hospital, putting on a smock to cover up her clothes which are now dirty from spending so much time in the greenhouse. She then follows Suzue on her evening rounds, once more cleaning up patient rooms as needed. This time at least there aren't bedpans to be cleaned, just trash cans and some bedding. When that task is done, Mianyi goes to the storeroom with Suzue where she helps inventory the supplies, making lists of what they have at the end of the day and which supplies they are low on and will need to request or order. The task is well timed and ends just before Mianyi is to report back to the cafeteria to help with the distribution of dinners.

Mianyi is all tuckered out from this whole day spent working around the Suna Medical Center. She cheers herself by reminding herself that it is nearly over. In the cafeteria's kitchen she loads up a cart with meals, then takes them throughout the hospital and dispenses them to the patients. The prospect of eating another meal at the hospital does not appeal to her, so she takes a break instead and munches on a cookie while reviewing in her mind the herbal lore she learned during her afternoon in the greenhouse.

When the time comes, she makes one last round through the medical center to pick up empty trays and left over food, finding a second wind that corresponds with her excitement to be done for the day. She applies this energy to washing up, and so she is able to leave a little early, her tasks done for the day.

She wearily returns home to eat a late dinner and enjoy some stretches before bed.
